I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Missy and Steve. From the moment we started working together, it was clear that they genuinely cared about me, not just as a client but as a person. Going through a divorce at the time, I was in a very vulnerable place, but Steve and Missy went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, legally, and with empathy. They weren’t just focused on making a sale—they truly wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way. Even after I found my home almost a year ago, they’ve continued to check in, offering support and kindness, and they’ve always been there to answer any questions I’ve had about the house. Most recently, I reached out about planting a tree in my backyard, and once again, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Our situation was far from a normal experience, according to many. Steve was unfortunately underutilized during our home-building/buying process, and my only regret, and not to his fault, was that we weren't more communicative. Steve possessed a wealth of knowledge, met just about every request with speed and completeness, and did his best to mitigate the mess of our particular situation. Based on this experience, I wouldn't necessarily go the entire route we took, but I would go back to Steve as my agent for future needs, as he was an integral part in seeing us through to the finish line and did so professionally, tactfully, and honestly. Steve became more than just an agent; he truly protected my transaction and the integrity of the sale. We are thankful for his part and recommend them. :)
